Prior to manufacturing, CanadaPatches.com provides a comprehensive digital mock-up and embroidery proof for customer review. Production commences only once the digital proof has been approved. You are responsible for reviewing thread colors, spelling, backing options, and sizing before approval.
By submitting designs, trademarks, or copyrighted logos to Canada Patches, you affirm that you have lawful authorization and ownership rights to reproduce such emblems. We reserve the right to decline manufacturing materials that infringe on registered intellectual property.
Standard turnaround times for custom patches range from 10 to 14 business days following proof sign-off. While we strive to meet all projected delivery estimates, carrier delays beyond our reasonable control are not subject to expedited refunds.
We inspect every batch under rigorous Canadian manufacturing standards. If an order arrives defective or inconsistent with the approved proof, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a free remake or resolution.
