Because custom patches are fabricated to your unique design specifications, size, and colors, items cannot be returned for general restock. However, we guarantee that the final manufactured emblems will match your approved digital proof in quality, dimensions, thread colors, and backing.
If your order arrives with manufacturing defects (e.g. incorrect thread colors not matching approved proof, missing pieces, or backing failure), please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If an error was made on our behalf during production, Canada Patches will immediately remanufacture and expedite replacement patches at zero cost to you, with priority express shipping covered.
