smaller teams, motorcycle clubs, and startups the flexibility to make custom runs without heavy
minimum order barriers.
Yes, 100%! You can send us a napkin sketch, PNG image, vector logo, or photo of an old patch. Our
graphic team will digitize it and send you a digital proof showing thread textures, colors, and border
finish with zero obligation.
Standard production is approximately 8 to 12 business days once proof approval is confirmed. Shipping
is tracked across Canada via Canada Post or FedEx Priority. Rush delivery is available for urgent
events.
Merrowed Border: A heavier, round-wrapped thread edge applied to regular shapes
(circles, squares, rectangles). It prevents any edge fraying. Laser Cut / Heat Cut: A flat, heat-sealed border cut along complex custom contour
lines (die-cut emblems, skull outlines, detailed badges).
Our iron-on patches use high-grade thermal adhesive film. When applied with correct heat and pressure
(320°F / 160°C for 20-25 seconds), they can withstand repeated washing. For heavy-use workwear, a
perimeter stitch adds lifetime security.
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD. Even if you only have a low-res image, our digitizing
team can trace and optimize it for embroidery.
