You may modify or cancel your quote request at any time prior to approving your digital patch proof. If you decide not to proceed before proof approval, you incur zero charges and a 100% refund is processed immediately.
Once a custom proof has been formally signed off and physical CNC molds (for PVC) or custom embroidery tapes have been created, a nominal processing/mold fee ($25 - $40 CAD depending on complexity) may be deducted if cancellation is requested before mass machine weaving starts.
Because custom embroidered and PVC patches are personalized and have no secondary market value, orders cannot be cancelled once the machines have begun spinning the threads or injecting the rubber polymers.
