1. The Design & Revision Process

Our workflow is collaborative and structured for maximum clarity. To ensure your bespoke patches match your vision:

• Your Detailed Brief is Essential: The accuracy and thoroughness of your preliminary design brief directly govern the finished product. Please outline all essential requirements: exact color codes (Pantone/PMS where applicable), physical dimensions, thread specifications, high-resolution artwork files, and specialized instructions.
• Unlimited Proof Adjustments: We provide complimentary, unlimited revisions on the initial digital mockup prepared from your specifications. Use this phase to perfect every structural element.
• Final Approval is Irrevocable: Once you formally authorize the final digital proof via email or our client portal, manufacturing commences immediately. No further design modifications, adjustments, or order cancellations can be accepted from this point forward, as raw materials are allocated and machinery is digitized. Any modifications requested after formal sign-off will be treated as a separate order.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

We uphold and safeguard creative rights.

• Your Submitted Assets: You retain complete ownership of all trademarks, artwork, or emblems provided for manufacturing. CustomPatched.com asserts no proprietary claim over client-supplied intellectual property and utilizes these assets solely to complete your order.
• Our Custom Graphics: If our creative team develops original artwork for your concept as a work-for-hire, full ownership and usage rights of that final artwork automatically transfer to you upon total invoice settlement.
• Your Intellectual Property Indemnity – Critical Notice: You affirm and guarantee that any artwork, logo, or design supplied does not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights. Securing appropriate licensing or usage permissions remains entirely your obligation. Should a design be identified as infringing, CustomPatched.com reserves the right to suspend production instantly and disclaims all liability for resulting claims, legal damages, or enforcement actions.

3. Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

• Production Schedules: All stated lead times are projected estimates. Manufacturing starts exclusively after final proof authorization. Although we prioritize prompt turnaround times, unexpected supply chain or operational delays may occasionally arise.
• Transit Responsibilities: We assume no liability for transit delays once consignments are transferred to logistics carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Tracking credentials will be issued upon dispatch.
• International Shipments – Crucial Notice: For orders delivered outside our primary dispatch facility’s nation, the recipient assumes full financial liability for import tariffs, local taxes (VAT, GST), and customs processing fees. These surcharges are excluded from your checkout invoice and are dictated by destination authorities. Please evaluate your local regulations prior to ordering.

4. Returns, Refunds & Liability
